HA HA HA HA HA HA HA!

He's back, baby, he's back.  Not with the Cubs though.  The Cubs may be stupid enough to completely destroy any hopes that Carlos Zambrano may have a happy end to his career in Chicago, but not even they would bring Aaron Miles back.

Only a certain organization that believes they can make any person who can successfully walk upright into a star baseball player would try such a thing.

Yep, Aaron Miles is back with the Cardinals.  At least, he's going to their extended spring training.  I bet Felipe Lopez and Brandan Ryan are really feeling the pressure now.

It will be good to have Aaron Miles jokes back again.

I'm apparently not the only one who is happy with the Miles signing:

I can see a hurricane hitting their Spring Training field and of course, it will be Aaron Miles' fault.

Well, that's that. The Cubs may as well concede the division. Wait 'til next year.

After the Holliday signing, this is clearly step 2 in the plan to cope with the impending loss of Albert Pujols. Well played, St. Louis.

One paycheck says anyone owning Aaron Miles apparel hangs it right next to their David Eckstein, Stubby Clapp, Bo Hart, and Joe McEwing apparel. I will fall on the sword and do a Walk of Shame for my Cardinal brethren reveling in their perceived apotheosis of Aaron Miles.

No, no, no. You should keep your Stubby Clapp apparel protected behind glass.

Valid point. I believe his jersey was woven with fibers from the Shroud of Turin. Probably best to keep it hermetically sealed.

a stubby clapp reference. that's good stuff.

And Joe McEwing. They are the smartest fans in baseball, wpbc. Actually, JKSTL is a Cardinal fan I don't mind "knowing," though he is probably shunned by his own kind now for postng on a Cubs blog without using the words "suck" or "morans."
